1. Service Description

WebSkeet App is an Arabic SEO analytics tool that allows you to connect your Google Search Console account to view and analyze your keyword performance. The service is provided at app.webskeet.com.

2. Account Terms

  • You must be 18 years or older to use this service.
  • Each account is for a single person. Sharing login credentials is not permitted.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under it.
  • You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape data from the application or its APIs.
  • Abuse the service or attempt to circumvent usage limits.
  • Resell or commercially distribute data extracted from the application.
  • Use the service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as the Merchant of Record. When you subscribe to a paid plan:

  • Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless cancelled.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from the subscription management portal.
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid plan features until the end of the current billing period.

5. Plans and Pricing

  • Free Plan: 50 credits/month, 1 GSC site. Subject to modification.
  • Pro Plan: $49/month, 2,000 credits, 3 GSC sites, Arabic keyword grouping, CSV export, priority support.

We reserve the right to modify pricing and plans. Existing subscribers will be notified of any changes at least 30 days in advance.

6. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied with the service, you may contact us within 7 days of subscribing for a refund consideration. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide the service around the clock, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages may occur. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service unavailability.

8. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranties. WebSkeet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid during the preceding three months.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or through an in-app notification. Your continued use of the service after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
