Welcome to WebSkeet (“we”, “us”, “our”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the WebSkeet App at app.webskeet.com.

2. Data We Collect

We collect the following types of data:

  • Account Information: Your name, email address, and profile picture from your Google account when you sign in.
  • Google Search Console Data: Keywords, clicks, impressions, CTR, and average position for the sites you connect.
  • Usage Data: Credit consumption logs and actions taken within the app.
  • Payment Data: Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. We do not store credit card information.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your data for the following purposes only:

  • Providing the SEO analytics service and displaying your performance data.
  • Authenticating your account and managing your session.
  • Processing your subscription and managing your credits.
  • Improving our services and user experience.

4. Google API Services User Data Policy Compliance

WebSkeet's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

  • We access Google Search Console data only with explicit user permission.
  • Data is used exclusively to display SEO analytics within the app.
  • We do not sell, share, or transfer user data to third parties.
  • We do not use user data for advertising or AI model training.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely in Supabase (EU region — Frankfurt, Germany). We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS) and access controls to protect your information.

6. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication purposes only. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

7. Third-Party Services

  • Google OAuth: For authentication and sign-in.
  • Google Search Console API: To fetch your SEO performance data.
  • Lemon Squeezy: For payment processing and subscription management (as Merchant of Record).
  • Vercel: For application hosting.

8. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all your personal data and associated GSC data will be deleted. You may request data deletion at any time by contacting us.

9. Your Rights

  • Disconnect your Google Search Console at any time from the Account page.
  • Request an export of your data.
  • Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
  • Revoke Google data access consent through your Google Account settings.
